Her 16-year journey as a successful real estate entrepreneur, combined with various business ventures, taught her invaluable lessons about leadership, resilience, and the power of financial wisdom.

With a B.Com degree and extensive business experience, Rozanne discovered her true calling lies in empowering others, particularly women, to achieve financial literacy and lasting stability. Her own transformation through Biblical financial principles didn't just change how she managed money; it revolutionised her entire perspective on life's possibilities.

Rozanne's unique combination of business acumen, personal experience, and faith-based approach makes her ideally positioned to guide single mothers toward financial freedom. As a proud mother of two and qualified somatologist living in Bloemfontein, Sianke has always believed in nurturing both body and spirit. Her passion for supporting single mothers stems from deeply personal roots - she and her sister were raised by an incredible single mother who worked tirelessly to provide for her daughters despite immense challenges.

Witnessing her mother's unwavering strength alongside her daily struggles left an indelible mark on Sianke's heart. Those formative experiences awakened a profound calling to support women who, like her mother, carry the weight of household responsibilities alone while facing financial hardship.

Today, Sianke channels her mother's legacy of resilience into meaningful action.  Her lived experience as both a mom and daughter of a single mother gives her deep empathy for the challenges these women face. Guided by the strength she witnessed growing up, Sianke is committed to transforming hardship into healing and turning challenges into opportunities for lasting change in the lives of single mothers across South Africa.

As a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and top graduate of the University of the Free State, Ian brings exceptional financial expertise to his role. However, his commitment to supporting single mothers runs much deeper than professional qualifications - it's rooted in his personal journey of being raised by a single father who instilled in him the values of hard work, discipline, and perseverance.

This foundation not only built Ian's professional success but also gave him profound insight into the challenges single parents face, particularly the overwhelming responsibilities often shouldered by single parents. His lived experience of witnessing a parent navigate solo parenting ignited a deep respect for their resilience and determination.

Ian's unique combination of top-tier financial expertise and personal understanding of single-parent households makes him ideally positioned to serve as Financial Director for Anchors of Grace. He believes that strong financial stewardship can create meaningful opportunities, alleviate burdens, and honour the incredible resilience of those navigating life's storms while building brighter futures for their families.
